Beat the Internet is designed to collect as little as possible. You can play without giving us anything at all.

What we store

A random player ID kept in your browser so your scores and streak stay with you; a username if you choose one; a country if you choose one; your scores, the time each run took, and the day you played.

What we never ask for

No email address is required to play, and we do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth or precise location.

What is public

Your username, country flag, scores and rankings appear on public leaderboards and on your player page. Everything else stays private.

Deleting your data

Email hello@beattheinternet.lol with your username and we will remove your profile and scores.

Sponsorship

Sponsored days are always labelled as sponsored. Sponsors receive aggregate figures such as games played and clicks — never information about individual players.
